HEATH PACT MEETING 5th October 2015
Heath PACT meeting will take place on Monday 5th October at 7.15 pm at Maes y Coed Community Centre.
Residents from Heath and Birchgrove are welcome to come along and meet the local policing team and to share issues and concerns.
Fenella will be at the meeting too if you would like to speak to her about any council related issues.
149 Heathwood Road planning application changes
Heath residents will wish to know that there has been an amendment to the planning application for 149 Heathwood Road.
Planning application no: 15/00867/MJR has been amended to propose 9 self-contained flats on the site of 149 Heathwood Road, a reduction from the 14 dwellings that were originally proposed.
The revised application can be seen at http//:planning.cardiff,gov.uk/online-applications.
Fenella said ‘Residents are welcome to contact me for details of the proposals. I am also checking with Planning Dept to see if a new petition is required.’
