Welcome to the Heath & Birchgrove Independents website.

The Heath and Birchgrove Independents are campaigners working hard to get a better deal for the residents of Heath and Birchgrove. They believe that people must come before politics. The team is headed up by Cllr Fenella Bowden. Fenella, Steve Bowden and Jane Reece make up the core of the Heath & Birchgrove Independents. They are helped by a large number of supporters throughout Heath & Birchgrove and have both been active members of the local community for many years.
