We are absolutely delighted to say that after the final weigh-in of Reverse Advent Calendars, 430kg of food was donated by local residents.  all of this is now with the Cardiff Foodbank. 

Fenella said ‘ I was humbled by the number of local people who have signed up to do a Reverse Advent Calendar.  It was a simple idea, and didn’t have to be expensive. The donations have been hugely welcomed by the Foodbank and will have made such a difference to many families in Cardiff who would otherwise be without food’

Thank you to everyone who supported this appeal.  Let’s all make sure that we help throughout the year as well by putting a few items in the Foodbank collection boxes in our supermarkets when we shop.
